My Notes On Health and Food:

Went to Qi Gong Revolution, it changed the way I eat forever.
I threw out my cheese.

Honestly you can cure diabetes and cancer by following this book.

True Health:
Level 1: Don't eat really bad.
Level 2 Eat reasonably well.
Level 3 Eat special food that kick starts the immune system.

I was at level 0 (eating bad food) until about 24, Arturo Jimenez (my coworker) was the first person to educate me about nutrition. Arturo got me to level 1. Once you start eating healthy, slowly your body wants that food.

I got to level 2 from getting hooked on reading Men's Health at age 25.

Now that I went to Qi Gong Revolution, I am hard core level 3. I am saved up for a 3 horse power blender so I could eat avocado seeds and other interesting healthy food. I drive out of my way to Trader Joes and Whole Foods so I can get coconut milk, goji berries, agar ext. I am hoping to get rid of my asthma by eating goji berries. It was a very exciting time for me, getting to level 3 at age 26.

Still on-board not eating milk and cheese. Use honey as sugar, coconut milk as milk, coconut oil as oil, ghee butter as butter. Backsliding on coffee sometimes. Still wanting to make coconut flour tortillas and not doing it. Got a blender, but not a dehydrator.
